The Ping An Insurance complex is comprised of four buildings, each featuring a large central control center and three branch control centers. BACnet/IP and MS/TP networks were used throughout the complex to link the MACH1 BACnet Building Controllers and MACH-Zone BACnet Application Specific Controllers with Trane BCUs, and Daikin BACnet Gateways. Hundreds of SMART-Sensor LCDs were installed throughout the complex, primarily for detecting room temperature and offering the building occupants the functionality of changing room temperature set-points.
